We are a 100% Veteran owned & family operated independent repair shop. We enjoy our work & appreciate the opportunity to care for you & your vehicle. We do our very best every single day. We like feedback; the only way we can improve our services is to know when we are not meeting your expectations. We are unique. How? We firmly believe YOU should be treated the way WE want to be treated. We think this makes us stand apart from most other repair shops. And, we're okay with that.
There is a difference between quotes, diagnostics and inspections. Here's a guide to help you understand our perspective on all three, whether we charge for these services, & why we might. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to call us - we're here to make vehicle repair a partnership between you & us.
NO! We do not charge to write quotes!
IF you bring your vehicle to us and tell us your brakes are squeaking when you stop, or that your car doesn't always start, or that it shakes when you drive - well, we're going to give it a thorough going over, determine what's wrong and write you a quote. And that will be FREE.
Inspections are suggested when you're buying a used "new to you" car. We'll check out (that which is easily accessible) the steering, suspension, tires, engine/cabin air filters, fluid levels/condition, & test drive the vehicle. IF we find an issue, we'll write a quote.
Inspections may be required if you're trying to get qualified for Lyft or Uber. We'll inspect your vehicle & complete any necessary paperwork.
Inspections take about an hour & we charge $40.
YES! But here's why...
Diagnostics usually involves your Check Engine light & requires us to scan your vehicle's computer. Often that also requires researching the codes that pop up. So, we do charge for the scan and/or the Technician's time. Rarely is that more than $75.00. And that's simply because our Diagnostician has over 35 years of experience and accumulated knowledge; so he's seen a lot and knows a lot too.
Pricing subject to change.

Here's an idea of what we charge for tire services. For detailed information please give us a call.
This charge is for any tire we sell you. IF we recycle the old tires, we'll add $3 to this total.
Keep in mind, when you buy tires from us we'll rotate them every 6000 miles for FREE!
When you bring us your own tires to mount and balance this is what we will charge you. IF we recycle your old tires we'll add $3 to this total.
Please note, there may be an upcharge for oversized rims - please call to discuss in detail.
Service includes an inspection of all tires, electronic balance and remount.
Tire repairs, valve stems &/or wheel s are not included in this service.
Almost always your tire can be repaired. However, if the damage to your tire falls outside of the repair area (see the image above) than we'll need to replace the tire.
We use tire patches to repair tires, which provide the best coverage.
When you invest in a new set of tires it's best to invest in an alignment too. It's cheap insurance to verify that your vehicle is on the straight and narrow, with regard to driving that is. And, we always perform an inspection when doing an alignment to make certain uneven tire wear isn't due to other factors like issues with steering and/or suspension components.
Oftentimes our Discounts and/or Specials are an extension of one of our suppliers or parts manufacturers. Daddio's OnPoint is unable to alter terms, extend or otherwise manipulate these offers. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask us - we like to keep you informed and welcome your questions.
All specials require the purchase of good &/or services. Some restrictions apply. Please ask us for further details. Thank you for your business.
Remote vehicle repair is now in session...
We LOVE having you in our shop to visit, but until this pandemic is under control, and for the safety of all our families, we're asking that you do not hang out while we're working on your vehicles. We are fully available to you by phone and encourage you to call us, or even e-mail, if you have questions or need to check on the status of your repair. Please know that Anna is not in the shop right now so Jason and Tony are fielding all calls, but it's loud in the shop so you might get voicemail. Call us back if we haven't responded to you within one half hour. And, thanks - we truly appreciate your business!
