Daddio's OnPoint is an ever-changing and -growing business that works hard to ensure we are providing the highest level of care for all of our customers. We've taken on board many suggestions from customers, as well as our staff, and will be implementing many of those as 2025 matures.

Here's our first change of the year...

Throughout January we will be moving to an all-day format for all appointments other than oil changes and tire rotations. This means that even when you schedule an appointment for a particular date and time, your appointment may be shifted on our calendar to accommodate our actual daily schedule which evolves as our day progresses. This will allow us to streamline customer repairs as our schedule opens up or when a technician gets hit with an extended repair. We do NOT expect this to negatively impact you, however we understand you may need to arrange for a ride to/from our shop and/or to work. We can, within a couple mile radius of our shop, offer you a ride home or to work, and absolutely WILL accommodate you with a fixed appointment time if staying at our shop is more convenient for you (and us too!) rather than leaving and coming back.

Book a date and time that's convenient to you. IF you need a fixed time appointment, select that option as well.
