Daddio's OnPoint is an ever-changing and -growing business that works hard to ensure we are providing the highest level of care for all of our customers. We've taken on board many suggestions from customers, as well as our staff, and will be implementing many of those as 2025 matures.

Change is constant & without we cannot learn and grow. One of the things we've learned is that it's much easier on our customers, as well as our schedule, if we book full day appointments for anything other than oil changes and tire rotations. Going forward that's how we'll plan to arrange scheduled appointments. Please understand, this flexibility to do assessments in the morning, and once you've approved your repairs - providing parts are available - still get your repairs done on the same day. Not always will that be possible, but with flexibility we'll do our best, as always.

So, when you schedule an appointment for a particular date and time, your appointment may be shifted on our calendar to accommodate our actual daily schedule which evolves as our day progresses. This will allow us to streamline customer repairs as our schedule opens up or when a technician gets hit with an extended repair. We do NOT expect this to negatively impact you, however we understand you may need to arrange for a ride to/from our shop and/or to work. We can, within a couple miles radius of our shop, offer you a ride home or to work, and absolutely WILL accommodate you with a fixed appointment time if staying at our shop is more convenient for you (and us too!).

Book a date and time that's convenient to you. IF you need a fixed time appointment, select that option as well, after your booked appointment time. Alternatively, just give us a call and we'll make the appointment for you.
